Mr Borase made my husband and I feel welcome. He was honest, up front and realistic which we have not found with other consultants previously but an approach we highly appreciate. He is calm, kind and explained things thoroughly. We felt able to trust his judgement and now feel much more hopeful about our future fertility journey than we have ever done so before.

Dr Borase was very reassuring and quickly diagnosed my Endometriosis. He was able to move things around to accommodate my diary to ensure I did not have to wait long to be treated.The surgery was a success and he was extremely thorough in the follow-up explaining everything, offering ample time for questions and listening to my concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Borase for this treatment to anyone else.

Thank you Dr Borase for making our dreams come true. I met him back in October 2017 after I’d been referred as my husband and I had been trying to conceive well over a year. Dr Borase diagnosed me with PCOS after a scan. After that several tests followed and husband was checked. After all the checks we were given 6 months of Clomid. Month 3 worked but unfortunately that ended in miscarrriage. The months that followed we were constantly waiting and wondering when it would be our turn to announce such amazing baby news to our family and friends. So we met with Dr Borase again June/July 2018 and he gave us several options, one was mild IVF. The following months the treatment started and we were extremely lucky that by October 2018 it was successful and I sit here writing this nearly 16 weeks pregnant! Thank goodness Dr Borase was our lead consultant as I had the egg transfer on a Sunday which was rare apparently. Thank you again Dr Borase for all your advice and positivity. He was such a laid back friendly consultant and had all the answers to our millions of questions and was always contactable. There’s no doubt in my mind that Dr Borase has the skill to just look at you and tell you what’s wrong straight away - he just has the expertise and years of experience and provides a solution.

My partner and I had a few open days booked in with different fertility clinics, Mr Borase was the first consultant we met and following this, we cancelled all the other appointments. He was professional, reassuring and very informative and straight away we felt comfortable and that he was the right person to help us through this journey. Following a health check with him, he advised I had PCOS and explained in detail the different option I had. I decided that the laparoscopy and ovarian drilling was the best option and as we were paying privately, we were booked in within 2 weeks. Mr Borase talked us though every step of the procedure before and after, discussing what he found and what he had done. The procedure took place at the end June and in early September we got the positive pregnancy result and are currently 14 weeks pregnant. It’s been an emotional journey to get to here but Mr Borase was personable, supportive and positive throughout. He is a wonderful consultant and an absolute credit to his profession.
